In Hong Kong, wedding business is flourishing. Many marrying couples tend to employ wedding planners to ensure that everything will be perfect on their Big Days. This programme is offered by LiPACE in collaboration with Katemagg Event & Wedding. It aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills of a professional wedding planner. Our graduates can apply for the Membership of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) by examination.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding in wedding planning culture, customs and bridal image design;
• Design and execute proper plans for different types of local and overseas weddings;
• Produce and present business plans and wedding proposals to clients confidently;
• Develop and apply professional knowledge in Chinese and western wedding etiquettes and bridal image design;
• Apply event management skills and master of ceremony techniques in various wedding events.
